The Work Ethics Committee of Champions International Schools has unanimously selected Mr Celestine, a contemporary Mathematics teacher, as the best teacher for the month of October. “Mr Celestine, we are proud of your job as a Mathematics teacher par excellence in our Senior College. Congratulations!” These were the words of The Work Ethics Committee at Champions International Schools through Mrs. Kemi Ajayi who is the Chairperson.
Prior to the award presentation day, the committee was saddled with the responsibility to select the best teacher of the month based on genuine sacrifices, commitments and dedication to work without bias.
The school, with the motive of encouraging hard work and selfless service among staff, “Teacher of The Month Award” was created.
The maiden winner, Mr Celestine Anumamu, while talking to Global Leader’s correspondence, Femi Abegunde, expressed his gratitude towards the honour bestowed on him. He thanked the directorate for the gift presented to him.
However, after the declaration was made by the Director of Studies, Mr. Fola Adekeye, at the school’s African Hall, the CEO, Mrs. Adekeye Abosede presented him the award. This action rounded off the teacher’s Wednesday prayer meeting for that day.
