Punishments and rewards go hand in hand in Champions International Schools. Habitual excellence in morals and academics is not unconnected to the reinforcement of the right attitudes and values in the students every week.
In the school, Mondays are testimonies to punishment and reward for unkempt and well-behaved students respectively. The managers are not only present in times of corrections but also in times of celebrations.
As a norm, children with unkempt hair, long nails, dirty teeth, torn and unclean uniforms are punished while children who conduct themselves well in their engagements with the teachers and their colleagues, and are outstanding in their behavioural conducts are rewarded with the recognition of the most well-behaved.
