Finding the right word to represent a true hardwork is important and the importance of hardwork in an organization can never be overemphasized. Selecting the right person for an award in Champions International Schools is not a walk in the park by any means but the Work Ethics Committee was up to the task and presented the TEACHER OF THE MONTH AWARD for November to Mrs. Temitope Omilegan.
Mrs Temitope Omilegan, who picked up the award at the African Hall of the Junior College on Wednesday, 6th December, 2023, is the Associate Principal Academics of the college. Her recognition for the award was owing to her commitment to excellence, team effort and selfless service towards the institution.
She however expressed her feelings while speaking with one of the Global Leaders’ reporters, Mr. Femi Abegunde. “I was shocked when I heard my name as the winner of the award. I was not expecting it but I was overwhelmed with joy,” she said.
She expressed her gratitude, “I thank the directorate and the the Work Ethic Committee for awarding me the best teacher for the month of November. I also appreciate every member of Champions family.”
“My prayer for us all is that God will magnify our little efforts, remember us for good and showcase us for excellence in Jesus name,” she prayed.
The CEO, Mrs. Abosede Adekeye, the Director Of Studies, Mr. Fola Adekeye, and the Work Ethics Committee representative, Mr. Agboola presented her the award after the school’s annual In-house Festival of Jesus Praise event.
